Returns - Unwanted Goods
Any goods returned as unwanted items must be returned in resaleable condition and in accordance with the packaging requirements below.
Products must be returned at your cost with proof of delivery being available upon request. Top Gun may request that certain items are returned using Top Gun’s pre-paid label or courier in which case the cost will be deducted from the value of the return.
Goods returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (minimum £10 +VAT charge)
All goods returned must be securely packaged and returned in equivalent packaging to that in which they were received. Top Gun cannot accept returns if goods have been damaged in transit as a result of inadequate packaging.
